The following terms and conditions apply to all CambridgeCampSG programmes to ensure a high-quality experience and the safety of all participants. Please read them carefully before enrolment.
1. Camp Administration
Application and Payment
- Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. Non-payment may result in exclusion from the camp.
- Any changes to a booking must be submitted in writing. Please refer to the withdrawal and change of booking policies below.
- Bookings are non-transferable.
Communication with Parents/Guardians
- Confirmation and reminders will be sent via email. It is your responsibility to check your email, including junk folders.
- A local emergency contact number must be provided. In case of an emergency, we will contact this number first and follow up by email if unreachable.

2. Withdrawal, Absence, and Cancellations
Refund Policy
- More than 30 days before camp: 100% refund.
- 30 days or fewer before camp: No refund.
Absence, Early Departure, or Dismissal
- No refund or rescheduling is available for missed sessions or early departures.
- In cases of disciplinary action (e.g. bullying), no refund will be provided.
Camp Cancellation
- If the minimum number of participants is not met two weeks before the start date, the camp may be cancelled. A full refund or an option to transfer to another session will be offered.
Change of Schedule
- We reserve the right to change camp dates, times, or venues. If a change prevents participation, a full refund or transfer option will be offered.
Refund Processing
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@cambridgecampsg.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 60 working days.
- Bank fees may be deducted.
3. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
- Parents/guardians are responsible for transport and prompt pick-up of participants.
- Written authorisation is required for self-dismissal.
- Contact details of the person collecting the participant must be provided.
4. Safety and Conduct
- Participants must comply with venue rules.
- We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving inappropriately. No refund will be issued.
- CambridgeCampSG is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during camp activities.
- In emergencies, participants will be taken to the nearest hospital.
5. Use of Information
- Data collected is used for enrollment and administrative purposes and is kept confidential.
- You may request to view or correct personal information.
- We reserve the right to update our policies as needed.
- Advice offered regarding applying to Cambridge is informal and not officially endorsed by Pembroke College, Cambridge.
6. Safeguarding Policy
Child safety is our top priority. Staff are trained to follow safeguarding procedures. Any concerns should be reported to info@cambridgecampsg.com.
7. Code of Conduct
- All parties must treat others with respect and dignity.
- Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are not permitted on premises.
- Abusive or inappropriate language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- Recording or photography without permission is not allowed.
8. Photography and Media
- Photos or videos may be taken during the camp for promotional purposes.
